Tasting note: Pineapple, Blood Orange & Darjeeling Tea La Bastilla Coffee revived the abandoned Santa Luz Estate in 2003, replanting across 158 hectares in Matagalpa. In the red honey process the cherries are pulped but dried with the sticky mucilage still on the bean, building sweetness and a syrupy body.
